Seeing as you're a high fantasy writer, I was wondering: In the case of creating another world (hence the term High Fantasy) Do you find it hard to name places such as cities or realms? I'm having a huge problem with this and am wondering if you have any advise.

i love your books! Ella enchanted is my favourite i love it so much i get abit bummed out when i finish reading it :( I really liked Fairest and Ever too.I like that you do fairy tails that can still be enjoyed by older and younger readers, THANK YOU xxxx
