I am part of a volunteer theater group,Halifax County Little Theater. I was wondering if there is a play version of Ella Enchanted? It is such a magical book. I know audiences would love to experience it.

I love your books! My favorite books you have written are 'Ella Enchanted' and 'The Two Princesses of Bamare'. I think it is funny how you started of with the story 'The Twelve Dacing Princesses' and ended up with only two (princesses). I also think your retelling of 'Cinder Ella' is the most creative retelling I have ever read. I can't wait until 'The Tale of Two Castles' comes out. I plan on being an author, and you helped inspire that dream. Keep up the great work!

Hello!! I just wanted to write and tell you the you are my inspiration to become a writer... The first chapter book I read was Ella Enchanted, and I've read all the others too, I loved the Two Princesses of Bamarre, Fairest and Ever... I am SO excited for The Tale of Two Castles :)

Ok so first off I want to say that I have read and loved all of your books!! My favorite though would have to be The Two Princesses Of Bamarre which has inspired me in so many ways. I have read it many many times. Every time that I re-read it or even watch a Harry Potter movie I can't help but picture this book as a movie. I know there are others out there who have discussed the idea of making it into a movie but I have this true passion and determination to make it into a movie, and to use the art of screen play to bring this story to life. I know it says to go through your agency for permissions, but I looked at the form and wasn't really sure how to go about asking for what I need. What my initial plan was going to be was to work on adapting the book into a script that I could send to directors and try to get something going, however I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be violating any copyrights in the process. Please please get back to me with any ideas or thoughts that you might have. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
