I don't know if my other comment made it onto your site, but I said that I would type up a description on this that I already wrote. I put my e-mail address in so you could maybe tell me what you think of it. It's not part of a story, it's just a short piece of work. I hope you enjoy reading it,even though it's kind of boring. I was just doing a sort of writing exercise. I wonder what it would be like if you visited Vashon Island. It's in Puget Sound, and it's where I live. Have you ever visited an island? It's very green here, probably because it rains so much.
Well, here's my writing:

Her full pink lips curve gently, smiling at me. Her long golden locks frame her delicate face, and her huge gray eyes are a flood of sweet sympathy for any troubles. Her nose is straight, perfectly formed, and her high, pale eyebrows arch in a friendly, understanding manner. Her long white neck is slender, yet not a bone shows through her creamy white skin.
The bodice of her dress is palest blue, and edged with lace. The skirt is of the same blue, with a pleated strip of white down the center.
Pink and blue roses adorn the base of the skirt, and also the sky blue parasol in her left hand. Pearls decorate the skirt and a string of them are around her neck.
The sleeves are of the white in the skirt, and trimmed with lace.
The underskirt peeping out from beneath the white and blue is of cream-colored satin, and she wears light-colored stockings under her dress.
Her old fashioned beauty is astonishing, but only to those who look deeply enough.

It is time for dinner. I sigh and place my mother's old doll away on the shelf in her box for another day, and go down the attic stairs to wash my hands.

I first got started reading your books when a friend of mine gave me a tattered copy of Ella Enchanted. I'd never read the book before, because I watched the movie when I was little and it freaked me out! My friend usually has about two copies of Ella Enchanted on hand. Since then, I've read Fairest, all the Princess Tales, The two Princesses of Bamarre, Writing Magic, and Ever. I don't think my parents would have liked the god and goddess stuff in Ever, but I loved how creative it was. Until you said that Olus never looked through clothing, I was wondering if he was able to not see through them. Thanks for clarifying that!
My newest stories are about a girl who can shoot water out of her palm and fingertips, and a description of a girl. I'm not really sure how I would describe that particular piece of writing. Maybe I'll type it up on your guestbook. Yes, I think I will.
In case you're wondering if this is how I normally talk, it is. My friends ask me if my e-mails are written by an adult, and half the time they don't understand what a word like intrigued means. Oh well. Well, I think I'll print up a copy of my description and mentioned above, and type it out on here. So goodbye! @->-- (That's supposed to be a rose.)

Hi Mrs. Levine!

I can not wait until 'The Tale of Two Castles' comes out. Only seven days!!!!!!! I was wondering, did you by any chance come up with the name from Charles Dickens 'The Tale of Two cities' (which i've never read)?

Anyway, I love mystery books, and can not wait to read it. I've heard people say mystery books are the hardest to write as you have to come up with a twisting plot and make it hard for the reader to guess who did the crime. Was 'The Tale of Two Castles' an especially hard book two write?

I'm thrilled to find out that your book signing at Blue Willow is at 5 o'clock so won't have to skip school:-D. But I checked the Blue willow web site and they have a different date. Can you tell me what time is correct?
